Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the payment and delivery details you give us are your own or that you are authorized to use them.
Products & Pricing
Prices are shown in United States dollars and can change at any time, though a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Products can sell out. If a price or product detail is published in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than honor the error.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation email, not when you complete checkout or receive the order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where a listing error applies, or where payment or delivery details cannot be verified.
Intellectual Property
The Fecrux name, the text on this site, our product photography, and our branding belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
User Conduct
You may not use this site to break the law, interfere with how it operates, attempt to access systems or accounts that are not yours, submit false payment or delivery details, or extract its content for another commercial purpose.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for losses that follow directly and foreseeably from our breach of these terms. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or close access to the site, and decline future orders, where these terms are breached. Where we do so, orders already accepted are either fulfilled or refunded.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The revised version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Fecrux harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us first using the details below. Most issues are resolved directly. Where a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is brought before the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and both parties submit to their jurisdiction.
